Shipping Information

We are using dedicated couriers for all our customer deliveries so your orders are unaffected by the Postal dispute.

Delivery will be through the Royal Mail or by a recognized Third party National Carrier and is a single charge of £3.95 for one item and £4.95 for two or more items ordered by customers within Mainland UK. Extra Delivery charges to remote or outlying areas within the UK mainland may arise, in which case we will agree the charges with you as soon as possible, where applicable.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays and Orders received after 12 noon on weekdays, will be processed the next working day. We do not normally deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Big and Tall Mens Clothing is a British company based in England and it is the company’s policy only to accept orders from customers who are resident on the United Kingdom Mainland. It is with regret that we cannot accept any orders from customers wishing to purchase items or products from overseas.
